In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring our operations meet stringent risk management and regulatory compliance standards associated with payment processing in the adult industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive Compliance policies for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes.Continuously monitor processes to ensure adherence to AML policies.Prepare and present periodic KPI's reports on onboarding and monitoring processes.Evaluate internal processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.Create, update, and communicate compliance and risk management policies and procedures.Conduct risk analysis for different cities and jurisdictions where Panda Blue operates.Develop or refine risk matrices for various processes.Train employees on compliance and risk management best practices.Ensure effective implementation of all policies and procedures.Assess platforms' KYB Define roadmap and prioriazation of projects to be developedPerform analysis and investigations when necessaryHave direct contact with our various merchants and get immerse in the businessRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.Proven knowledge and experience in high-risk industries.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced proficiency in English is essential.If you are passionate about compliance and risk management and thrive in a dynamic, high-stakes environment, we encourage you to apply and become a key player in our team.At Eron International, everything starts with our values, #Be Direct: We are direct and genuine in all situations#Be Owner: We treat the issues as true owners being accountable for the results#Be Curious: We always ask ourselves what we can do better without settling with the status quo#Be Hero Leader: Lead by example, inspire and influence beyond formal roles.
