What You'll Do Track and report on the weaknesses, risks and other areas of concern that negatively impact security and compliance across TTEC. Track remediation progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks. Track and report on key metrics related to remediation management. Prepare status reports and presentations related to open remediation items and remediation progress across the company. Work closely with the teams that are identifying and discovering new risks on a regular basis as you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the remediation efforts related to items they discover. Work closely with the system owners and other fix agents so they understand the risks and vulnerabilities by connecting them with internal subject-matter experts as needed. Assist in developing and implementing remediation plans and strategies to enhance the organization's cyber resilience and security posture. Collaborate with security engineers, incident responders, and IT operations teams to resolve remediation issues. Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders. Work closely with the security and compliance leadership team to identify systematic problems that are negatively impacting our ability to quickly remediate findings. Maintain documentation and records. What You Bring to the Role Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience. At least two years of experience in cyber remediation, security analyst, incident response, or similar role. Strong understanding of security concepts, principles, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Project+, CAPM, PMI PBA are welcome. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
