POSITION SUMMARY Reporting directly to the Global Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations, this position will be responsible for the assessment, development and implementation of salaried and hourly compensation and incentive structures, policies, and programs for Vantage globally. Develops and manages activities related to the administration of compensation plans and programs. Partners with HR and Finance team members to develop standard processes and tools. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in strategy-setting and prioritization of global compensation programs and processes. Develop and implement a global compensation structure aligned with organizational strategy and goals, driving harmonization and standardization. Partner with HR Business Partners and Leaders to conduct job evaluations, benchmarking and analysis to align jobs to global compensation structure. Partner with HRIS and HR Operations Team to implement compensation structure and ongoing compensation processes. Design, implement and maintain compensation and incentive programs for salaried and/or hourly jobs. Create compensation program documentation, communications, and training materials. Manage survey processes and conduct regular market analysis, ensuring ongoing market competitiveness and alignment with global compensation strategy. Manage annual compensation planning processes (merit and bonus). Partner closely with HRIS and Finance to develop timeline, process and tools. Provide compensation guidance to HR Business Partners. Ensure compensation and incentive programs and policies are in compliance with local laws and regulations. Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree or country equivalent in business, human resources, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in compensation program design and management, preferably in a global setting. Proficiency with HRIS and compensation market pricing systems required. Workday experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Advanced proficiency in Excel required. Experience with a multinational manufacturing organization preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of compensation regulations and market trends. Strong analytical skills and ability to compile and analyze data, assess for trends, and make informed compensation recommendations and decisions. Hands on, deadline & detail oriented.
