About the role
Deliver Total Rewards HR services to the Convatec enterprise being responsible for the support and administration of Global reward programme, Global Recognition programmes and Annual survey submissions.
Key responsibilities
Implementing, Testing and Stabilizing Total Rewards Service Delivery
Support the build of Total Rewards detailed processes (Local Work Instructions), technology and collateral (through knowledge transfer) to mobilize the Total Rewards service.
Partner with colleagues in Total Rewards to build clear and consistent rules and guidance for the resolution of requests, so that the majority are resolved at first contact but recognizing what needs to be escalated and to whom.
Support the build and operation of Total Rewards enrollment, review, submission and reporting calendars for all markets.
Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement
Support colleagues in both HR and beyond to resolve queries about pay awards, benefits , incentives, recognition and bonuses.
Audit reward information held on Workday and work with colleagues to ensure corrections are made and maintained.
Completion of salary survey submissions according to participation deadlines, liaising with Total Rewards COE and Solutions Delivery to ensure all questions are accurately completed.
Review the use of published Total Rewards information (policies, user guides and knowledge articles), and build and improve collateral to allow our colleagues to self-serve information about their incentives and benefits, quickly and easily and without the need to raise a request for help.
Maintain benefit data, including recognition and incentive payments in relevant systems (Workday, payroll, etc).
Work with your colleagues in the Finance team to manage vendor cost recharges as required; raise purchase orders for Reward spend in SAP.
Partner with Regional Reward Partners to maintain an awareness of legislative and procedural changes to benefits, incentives and their taxation in the markets you are responsible for and work with Regional People Partners to implement any mandatory changes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Total Rewards Service Delivery (required).
Strong Excel skills
Vendor management experience, ideally benefit vendors (required)
Familiar with Annual Salary Review
US & Canada / LATAM delivery experience (required)
GBS experience (required)
Advanced English level.
Proficiency with related software tools including, but not limited to, Workday, SAP, Service Now (preferable).
