Requisitos: We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Community Manager to join our remote team! This role is essential for fostering engagement and growing our online presence. Key Responsibilities: Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms Interact with followers through direct messages, comments, and likes to build a vibrant online community Monitor social media trends and insights to optimize engagement strategies Collaborate with the fundraising team to align community efforts with overall brand awareness goals Develop and implement strategies to increase follower count and enhance brand visibility Ensure timely responses to audience inquiries and feedback to maintain a positive community atmosphere Requirements: Located in Colombia (mandatory). A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management or community engagement.
