GENERAL CONTEXT Médecins Sans Frontières is an international independent medical-humanitarian organization, which offers assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflict, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, creed or political affiliation.
MSF OCBA is currently embarking on a strategic Program to implement an integrated ERP system, encompassing Supply Chain Management (AKIBA), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Financial Management (FINIS).
We are looking for an experienced Communication and Change Manager to accompany the organization through the deployment and adoption of three new ERPs.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE The Communication and Change Manager will guarantee that OCBA's successfully adopt the three new solutions for Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance and Human Resources ensuring a smooth transition by strategically managing organizational change, minimizing disruptions, and maximizing functional users as well as employee adoption.
This is a newly created role within Program with an expectation that the scope and functioning of this position will evolve as changes are implemented.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN TASKS Develop and execute a comprehensive Change management strategy aligned with Program's transformation goals.Assess organizational impact of the new solutions implementation and identify main stakeholders and potential resistance points.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Ensure the application of comprehensive communication strategies tailored to different audiences.Oversee the dissemination of communications regarding the status and progress of various projects.Facilitate communication to involve staff at all levels.Support the Communication & Learning Referent in designing and implementing training programs.Ensure that lessons learned are integrated into future actions.Research and apply 'best-practice' change facilitation.Produce communication materials to ease the adoption of new transformational tools.Foster a change-ready culture and empower employees.SELECTION CRITERIA Senior expertise in Change Management (Proven experience of at least successfully achieved objectives in 3 different projects)Experience in transformation projects within large organizations.Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing organizational change.Demonstrated expertise in communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.Experience in Humanitarian sector is a plus.Fluent in English; French and Spanish are desirable.Good computer knowledge as a user (Microsoft Office setting, Excel, Power BI).CONDITIONS Position based in any MSF OCBA Hub (Barcelona, Amman, Bogota, Dakar or Nairobi).Contract duration: until Project's Implementations (mid 2028).Annual gross salary: level HQ 4A + secondary benefits based on MSF OCBA Reward Policy.Starting date: mid February 2025.HOW TO APPLY To apply, please submit your CV and cover letter.Closing date: January 16th of 2025 at 23:59 h (CET).MSF is committed to achieving workforce diversity in terms of gender, race, nationality and culture.
