Descripción Lead, develop and embed the necessary KPIs and metrics through leveraging "best in class" business analytics (in partnership with Global BI Team) to enable a balanced scorecard focused on measuring gaps and identifying improvements to improve cost and service in all areas of ownership. Standardize LATAM/CANADA Commercial Operations practices and processes through engagement with regional and in-market teams through identification of efficiency opportunities and waste elimination. As a key member of the CANADA/LATAM Commercial Operation, this role is responsible for leading Operations Efficiency for the entire region which includes: Embedding CANADA/LATAM wide programs focused on the improvement of our Asset utilization, Inventory and E&O expenses. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders in countries to continuously review the effectiveness concerning the process of Loaners and Consignment inventory pull and optimizing the same to meet market level expectations on Service and cost. Drive and implement inventory stocking norms as per MEIO. Providing timely and robust input to Weekly S&OE process and monthly RGL process. Proactively drive Node 2 to Node 2 inventory balancing within the region via redeployments. Providing timely and robust inputs from country perspective to LATAM/CANADA inventory workstream under project Eagle. Delivering operations efficiency KPIs - Namely, Gross inventory in Dollar & Days on Hand, Net inventory in Dollar & Days on Hand, E&O & addition to Instruments. Perfil buscado (h/m) English proficiency (B2+ or C1) Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent. Proven Experience in Operational Efficiency and Leadership position, or Operational Excellence. Experience in leadership positions is a must. Business planning, product management and process integration. Regional experience is essential, not only with Colombia. Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and Chile highly desirable. Strong cross-functional understanding (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, compliance, etc.) Solid financial and sourcing knowledge/experience understanding their KPIs, such as P&L, as well as experience with inventory and capital optimization. Operational experience with capital and supply chain, inventory management, CAPEX. ERP: SAP is highly desirable and in terms of reporting tools, PowerBI.
