About the Role: As a Commercial Lawyer, you'll play a crucial role in providing ongoing support throughout the client life cycle. Your mission will be to build strong relationships, implement innovative programs to boost revenue, and reduce churn rates. You will be a key member of our corporate operations team, working directly with clients to ensure their smooth onboarding, address their challenges, and enhance their overall satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, issues, or escalations, delivering prompt and effective resolutions. Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and align our services to address their specific challenges. Partner with the sales team to drive expansion and upsell opportunities, including drafting legal documents. Monitor and analyze key customer success metrics such as churn rates, satisfaction scores, and usage statistics. Support group collections and contribute to the development of effective client management processes. What We're Looking For: 3 to 6 years in a similar role, ideally within Legal, Accounting, or Corporate Secretarial industries. Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, or related field . Fluent in English (C1) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, proactive, and adept at solving complex problems with a clear, logical approach.
