In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Pacific's overhead expense management, innovation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, drive efficient expense management, and collaborate across teams to achieve profitability and compliance goals. This position is located in Bogotá, Colombia and offers flexible work models. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Expense Management and Financial Compliance: Lead end-to-end financial innovation processes, prevent expense recognition gaps, and ensure accurate expense recording across all P&L lines. Work proactively to maintain internal control standards and compliance with corporate policies. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Manage month-end P&L consolidations, ensuring timely updates in financial reporting systems. Conduct ROI analysis and strategic P&L outlooks, building and maintaining a reliable data repository for financial insights. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with teams such as Commercial Finance, Customer Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support profitable innovations and track investments. Work closely with the Global Business Services Team on closing processes and investment tracking. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance reporting processes, data quality, and financial analysis, focusing on delivering accurate and timely information. We're Looking for Someone With Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, focusing on financial analysis, reporting, and cost management. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with solid experience in SAP and other financial reporting systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive and flexible approach to handling challenges. Advanced English skills, with the ability to engage effectively across functions and levels.
