Job Description Job Purpose The focus is to provide dedicated Support focus for our commercial excellence systems, including the administration of the retailer import processes and also supporting the day to day administration of other systems for commercial.
This is primarily a technical role with elements of support, customer service to the internal NIQ Brandbank functions, ensuring that requests are processed efficiently to resolution or escalated to the relevant expert team.
Job Responsibilities Daily administration of the range importer tool for the business, liaising with the commercial organisation to ensure timely range imports to the agreed SLA of the business.
Consult on the roadmap for improvements for the range importer tool and processes.
Daily administration and support of the commercial excellence applications and users, including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customisation of objects, fields, record types, page layouts & validations.  Work with business stakeholders to define required features and requirements for business processes for commercial efficiency.  Ensures work is completed according to business priority.
Communicates internally and externally, improving transparency, and radiating information, facilitating discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution as required.  Using the internal ticketing Jira tool; ensure requests escalated to you are completed within the allotted SLA.
Ensure that the business application systems supported by the commercial excellence support team are maintained to the highest possible standard with maximum levels of attainable productivity and efficiency.
The Commercial Excellence Support Analyst may be required to respond to out-of-hours application support requests (for which TOIL will be offered).
Continuous improvement via self-learning  Manage application configuration, problem analysis and resolution for complex application problems, in conjunction with the users and external application or service suppliers where necessary.
Qualifications Qualifications Advanced English Level 1-2 years of experience in working within a service desk.
Experience of supporting proprietary applications within a commercial environment Analytical, methodical approach to information gathering and fault diagnosis.
Good level of face to face customer service experience.
Exposure or basic knowledge and/or understanding of Microsoft SQL Database language.
Understanding of XML, JSON, Jira an asset Working knowledge of Google applications and tools.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and tools (Excel, PowerBI).
