Job Description The LATAM Commercial Development Program at AbbVie is designed for recent MBA graduates looking to kick-start their careers in the biopharmaceutical industry.
This rotational program offers a comprehensive overview of AbbVie's commercial functions, including marketing, sales, customer excellence, market access and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in a structured rotation through different commercial departments, gaining hands-on experience in marketing strategy, sales execution, and market analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform business decisions.
Support the development of promotional materials and sales training programs.
Engage in projects that drive business results and enhance the overall effectiveness of the commercial organization.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field on top schools with high GPAs MBA (International MBA preferred) Any kind of past professional experience Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information Preferred Qualifications: Internship experience in marketing, sales, or the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
