Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a CDN Business Development Manager. The CDN Development Manager´s mission at Mediastream is to drive our growth in the region, specializing in the sale of CDN solutions to key customers such as telcos, broadcasters and ISPs. Responsibilities Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities capitalizing on new business opportunities. Assess changing customer needs and adapt CDN solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention to maximize satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to inform on market needs and contribute to the development of new functionality or services. Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies based on results and revenue targets. Negotiate and close deals efficiently, ensuring the achievement of company sales. Analyze the market and competition, to adapt strategies to market trends. Strengthen networking by attending industry events, conferences, and relevant meetings. Proven experience in key account management and sales in the media and entertainment technology industry media and entertainment technology. In-depth knowledge in content delivery network (CDN) technology. Advanced skills in negotiation and persuasion. Analytical ability to understand market and competitive dynamics.
