Day to day as a Collector As a new Collector at SC State Credit Union, your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with members to discuss account statuses and payment options, ensuring a customer-centric experience. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, focusing on building rapport and understanding each member's unique situation. Daily tasks will involve analyzing account histories to identify trends, creating personalized payment plans, and documenting interactions with precision to ensure compliance with regulations.
