What a typical day will look like Lead the global, regional, and local Corporate Customer Service strategies for multinational and corporate accounts, generating added value and a high level of customer satisfaction. Meet the goals in Commercial Risk budgets in sales in Renewals (existing) and New Business (New New and New Additional). Meet the goals in Customer Retention Indicators and Roll over. Execute value proposals presented and accepted by clients of the assigned portfolio. Meet the goals in result indicators of customer satisfaction surveys. Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience: 8 years in the Insurance or Insurance Brokerage Industry, customer service oriented, responsible for budget results and team leadership. Technical knowledge: insurable benefits programs (Life insurance, prepaid medicine, health insurance, arl), among others. Studies and/or specialties: Professional in related careers (administration, industrial engineering, economics) and/or Medical Doctor by profession. Languages: Advanced English.
