Main Responsibilities: Sales Results and Demand Generation Meet the assigned country sales quota and the specific quota for your area, ensuring the brand meets its objectives. Generate the required demand to achieve objectives as established with the Commercial Lead. Effectiveness Meet the productivity indicators, GMT2, and territory management monitoring established by the SFE Department in conjunction with your Commercial Lead. Territory Management Identify and communicate business opportunities in institutions to generate access or maximize sales. Identify and present potential KOLs in the area to Product Management and strengthen relationships. Map, analyze, and communicate competitive actions and possible contingency plans in a timely manner. Understand the origin of sales and the types of regimes and contracts patients belong to in local institutions. Know and understand changes in the health system, drug regulations, and their authorizations. Build relationships with key people and decision-makers in local institutions to facilitate access and develop therapeutic guidelines for each managed pathology. Excellence in Promotional Execution Be an expert in managing diseases, products, materials, messages, competitors, and communication strategies, executing promotions according to established guidelines. Develop marketing activities for the area (congresses, round tables, local events, regional marketing) and analyze ROI. Execute promotional execution guidelines impeccably, including materials, medical or marketing activities, budgets, targeting, and segmentation. Provide timely feedback to the Brand team regarding results, opportunities, perceptions of promotional guidelines, activities, materials, messages, and other investments. Support all types of activities, investments, or initiatives related to your specialty/area/panel. Impeccably execute the company's sales techniques related to your therapeutic area. Cross-Functional Cooperation Establish communication with the medical area for managing requests for scientific information or pharmacovigilance according to company guidelines. Support all types of activities, investments, or initiatives related to your specialty/area/panel. Interact closely with commercial, medical, marketing, and access areas to achieve tactical plans and objectives. Ethics and Compliance Ethics and Compliance: fully and without exceptions adhere to the company's ethical guidelines in all activities and report any risk of deviation promptly. Experience & Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in medical promotion, sales, and negotiation in cardiology.
