Clinical Operations Coordinator

Conducting phone calls with providers, fostering positive relationships, and addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse range of providers.Handling administrative tasks associated with provider relations, including data entry, documentation, and scheduling.Save/Label Prov Claims/Statements/Invoices (Send/sort incoming/outgoing documentation, electronic document sorting (PDFs).Demonstrating a friendly, engaging demeanor to build rapport and trust with providers.Utilizing persuasive communication skills to encourage provider participation and cooperation.Other administrative tasks to provide support to the financial and clinical teams.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English.Experience in administrative assistant roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.Previous experience in customer service or provider relations preferred.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Fluency and clarity in English is required.*Possible Future Tasks (as backup) depending on Reps progress*
