Client Success and Support Specialist We are seeking a proactive and organized Client Success and Support Specialist to provide exceptional client support, coordinate events, and foster community engagement.
In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their success through personalized interactions, event organization, and effective problem-solving.
Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will enhance client satisfaction and contribute to a thriving community.
Core Tasks: Serving as the first point of contact for agency owners, addressing inquiries and providing personalized support Managing email correspondence and ensuring timely follow-ups to address client concerns Troubleshooting issues, offering solutions, and improving the overall client experience Preparing and distributing newsletters, updates, and other client communications Organizing and coordinating client-focused events, including webinars and workshops Managing event logistics such as RSVP tracking, reminders, and post-event follow-ups Maintaining client schedules, booking calls and meetings, and tracking engagement opportunities Handling a ticketing system to resolve support requests efficiently Assisting in creating and managing templates, resources, and digital materials for streamlined communication Ensuring clients are on track to achieve their goals through coaching and consulting services Requirements Must-Haves: ? Proven experience in client success, customer support, or a related role ? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction ? Strong organizational and time-management abilities ? Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools like Monday.com or similar platforms ? Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment ? A proactive, detail-oriented approach to solving problems Nice-to-Haves: ?
