You'll handle high call volumes, collaborate with attorneys, and ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.
The Role at a Glance Employment Type: Indefinite Term Contract Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST or Colombian Time Work Setup: Onsite in Bogotá/Medellín Your Key Contributions Provide courteous and professional customer service in person or over the phone.
Strive to retain existing clients and develop new business opportunities through efficient service delivery.
Update clients on the status of their claims or cases accurately and promptly.
Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Resolve client complaints, concerns, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Build trust and effective relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs.
Collaborate closely with attorneys and supporting staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements What It Takes to Excel in This Role English proficiency at a C1 level or higher.
1 to 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
Strong understanding of First Party Insurance Litigation.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels and diverse backgrounds.
Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
