What You'll Bring: We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager who will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to understand their strategic goals and technical needs .
You will act as the main liaison to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
You will deliver value through customized technical solutions, proactive account management, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements You'll Need: Fluent in English (C1-C2) : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of addressing both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and professionalism.
5+ Years Experience : Proven background in technical business analysis, project management , or similar client-facing roles , ideally in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms and the unique dynamics of startup ecosystems .
Able to provide expert support tailored to the fast-paced, evolving nature of these businesses.
Ability to quickly assess challenges, identify root causes, and design custom, creative solutions that meet client-specific needs.
Advanced ability to comprehend intricate technical environments, systems, and network architectures .
Skilled at translating this understanding into actionable solutions and technical recommendations.
Strong ability to deliver exceptional, personalized support that goes beyond expectations.
Adept at anticipating client needs and addressing them proactively.
Capable of clearly explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring all stakeholders understand the solution and its impact, whether technical or non-technical.
A self-starter with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes .
Able to navigate challenging situations with initiative, speed, and efficiency.
Mastery of the company's products and services, including underlying technologies, configurations, and integration .
Able to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
Experience leading technical projects from detailed planning to execution , ensuring that tasks are delivered on time and integrated seamlessly.
Expertise in analyzing technical data, performance metrics, and system reports to generate actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Familiarity with a wide array of relevant technologies , platforms, and software used by both clients and the company.
Ability to stay ahead of emerging trends and apply them effectively.
Skilled in client training and support, ensuring that clients maximize the potential of the company's solutions and continuously grow their usage.
Nice to Have: Technical certifications relevant to the field.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
Expertise in cybersecurity best practices to ensure robust protection of client systems and data.
Knowledge of Zoho, JSON, and project management tools like Jira, with the ability to integrate these technologies into client solutions.
