Responsibilities: Become an expert in the Peruvian market and main industries (Retail, Education, Finance, Telco, Auto) and be able to clearly articulate how TikTok can best serve these advertisers Become a TikTok Solutions expert Collect and disseminate best practices and strategies across the market to vertical teams, both locally and globally Work closely with Brand Partnerships Managers & Client Solutions Managers to win, maintain and grow strong client relationships with our largest advertisers Leverage data to identify opportunities and create vertical best practices / playbooks that drive client business positive results Coach Client Solutions Team on consultative, data driven campaign analysis and selling at scale, helping them to find the best way to analyse campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights Collaborate with leadership to establish a cohesive strategy for Sales and Client Solutions Collaborate with Head of Sales to drive mid & long term strategies based on signals adoption Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok's features and ad units and consult clients on TikTok product offerings and demonstrate expertise of product capabilities, measurement, attribution, and KPIs Establish processes to collect advertiser feedback to inform our product strategy team Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, identify, and implement effective and scaleable processes for our Client Solutions team Identify needs and help to build scalable processes for the Client Solutions team Manage and develop a team of Client Solutions Managers to deliver results against set goals Ensure a standard of excellence and flawless campaign execution across all industries Minimum Qualifications: Must be willing to work in Bogota At least 5+ years of management experience of a senior team Experience in Client Solutions roles in digital marketing or leading Digital Strategies/teams Experience managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and business objectives Experience working in digital auction platforms with and understanding of how to execute effectively within them Experience building relationships with top marketing decision makers at brands and agencies Proficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills (due to the business requirement in the region) Preferred Qualifications: Previous work with the Peruvian market is a plus Experience in public speaking with different audiences Experience with performance advertising and lower funnel objectives Understanding of signals ecosystem and integrations (pixel & server to server capabilities) Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives Understanding of Attribution Models for marketing results, previous experience with MMM or incrementality studies is a plus TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
