Handle inbound calls, multiple coming from the Client Services Line and direct phone number.
Agents for this role will need excellent communication (written and verbal) skills specifically in the English language.
Needs to be a quick thinker, organized, and can perform tasks independently.
Needs to be outgoing and eager to assist customers (General Managers, Management Companies, etc.
).
Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable with MS Office Suite. Ability to identify trends within processes and escalate them accordingly to find a solution.
Assist Support with escalated customers, handle cancellations, Legal Entity, and understand all CS processes.
Ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve client concerns.
Strong experience in doing support via inbound and outbound calls as well as emails.
