Position: Client Care Specialist Working Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm CST Salary Range: $1000 to $1400 (depending on the client's final salary offer) Search: Lat-Am Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling high-volume phone interactions with professionalism and warmth.
Sell consultation services to prospective clients and assist in scheduling and confirming appointments.
Address client inquiries in real time, providing updates and guidance on application progress.
Perform data entry, document organization, and general administrative support for the team.
Handle both incoming and outgoing calls for sales and existing client inquiries.
Assist with written and oral communications and act as a translator when necessary.
Qualifications 1-3 years of previous experience, ideally in a professional office or law office setting.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and calendar management.
Strong phone-based sales and communication skills.
Reliable computer (minimum 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above), noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (15Mbps or above).
Empathetic, patient, and service-oriented approach.
High level of accuracy in data entry and note-taking.
Skills Excellent verbal and written communication and phone etiquette.
Detail-oriented - strong attention to detail is a must Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
High level of initiative and a team-oriented mindset.
