Reclatam, a leading legal staffing company, is seeking a dedicated Client Care Coordinator on behalf of our client, a reputable virtual personal injury law firm located in Minnesota. An established firm since 2001, the firm is looking to scale up to provide even better advocacy for our clients all over the Twin Cities in Minnesota. General Responsibilities:
Claims Reporting and File Set-Up: Report claims accurately and timely, maintaining clear communication with clients and insurance companies.
Document Management: Request and organize all necessary documents to manage cases throughout the entire pre-litigation phase.
Case Coordination: Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure cases progress smoothly.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a personal injury law firm in the United States.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Clio case management software is essential.
Familiarity with No-Fault Law: Minnesota is a no-fault state, and one of the responsibilities will be helping with no-fault files on behalf of clients. Experience is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of personal injury law and pre-litigation processes.
Specific Task Responsibilities:
o Claim Administration
o Following clients treatment progress
o Tracking PIP, medical expense, wage loss, replacement services, mileage
o Policing no-fault files and keeping them updated
o Calling clients regarding IME and explanation
o Monthly touches w/ client
o Monthly submissions and follow-up of wage loss/replacement services/mileage
o Getting disability slips
o Ongoing maintenance of workbook
o Send client condition update forms
Administrative:
o Follow up with clients for Google Reviews
o Creating new templates
o Creating new contacts
o Creating and monitoring relevant contacts
o Mail filing and sorting (after received from OffiCenters)
o Saving all e-filing and e-service
o Keeping dashboard up to date
o Inputting case costs into workbook immediately
o Preparing checks in Plooto
o Managing Hona
KPIs
Ensuring every client is communicated with at least once a month.
Filing mail, faxes and e-service/filing documents (and all attachments) in the appropriate
file location in Clio within 2 hours of receipt.
Submitting appropriate no-fault benefit requests every 6 weeks.
