As a Client care coordinator , you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues related to healthcare plans, coverage, claims, and billing.
Educate customers about their healthcare plans, including benefits, coverage options, premiums, copayments, deductibles, and network providers.
Assisting customers with filing insurance claims, explaining claim statuses, and resolving discrepancies or denials.
Interpret and explain insurance policies to customers, including terms and conditions, exclusions, and limitations.
Help customers with the enrollment process for healthcare plans, including guiding them through the application process and verifying eligibility.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the organization's database or customer management system.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and other healthcare industry standards.
Strive to provide excellent customer service by addressing customers' needs promptly, professionally, and courteously.

Minimum requirements: Studies: High school diploma.

Good Excel and Outlook skills Experience: One year of experience in administrative areas with administrative tasks, back office, and understanding of HIPAA regulations.

Language: B2 or higher is preferred.
Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. following the American Calendar.
Contract: Indefinite term contract.
Places: Remote Bogota, Barranquílla, Medellín.
Salary: $2.500.000 - $2.800.000 Negotiable.
