Client Account Manager

Hi, everyone!We're helping one of our clients, ITOS, hire for Client Account Manager - Full-time."Championing Excellence in HR and Payroll Solutions!"Compensation: COP3.2M - 3.5M/month~USD829 - 907/month.+ Bonuses(up to10%of base compensation). Location: Hybrid (Avenida Calle 26 #92-32, Bogotá, Colombia). Skills: No experience, but interested in CRM, Project management, ERP and Billing. Responsibilities and more:Your mission will be to coordinate the provision of payroll consolidation services and other Human Resources services for assigned clients, ensuring compliance with the guidelines of the respective countries and striving to keep clients satisfied. Responsibilities:-Coordinate and ensure compliance with all phases of the payroll process for the accounts assigned to your charge (from updates to payroll payments, tax filings, and third-party payments on established dates), depending on the scope of each client.-Generate and/or validate payment and closing reports, both those required by local legislation (depending on the country) and those agreed upon with the client globally.-Ensure compliance with the requirements agreed upon with the client.-Attend meetings to improve processes with the team and assigned clients.-Address queries from both accounting teams and clients in a timely and accurate manner.-Mediate in the billing processes and manage the cash flow of the payroll process with the Treasury Department.-Train clients and local teams in using information systems and technology platforms.-Generate reports for the company's internal processes.-Ensure compliance with established internal operation protocols.-Identify corrective and preventive measures and non-conforming services.
