Experience in areas such as defense of premises liability, construction defect, and/or general liability is preferred. Strong legal research and writing skills. Ability to independently handle litigation cases, including depositions and court appearances. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California. Education: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. Certifications: Admission to the California State Bar is mandatory.
