What You Will Do?
This position will be leading project implementation for Skin Health, Oral Care and Baby brands by introducing new products and process for the company, will support the local initiatives, will run science that sells and support the communication plan to grow main brands in the region.
Technical background in formulated products, project management, excellence in execution, strong connect, good communication and teamwork are skills considered for this position.
The R&D Scientist is responsible for performing R&D activities for the implementation of projects related to new product development, product/material cost reduction and improvements to existing products for formulated products.
Key Responsibilities : • Develop new prototypes for formulated products with innovative and strategic approach, taking in consideration consumer insights, cost restrictions, compliance guidelines, sustainability and the impact to manufacture sites.
• Perform lab experiments and plan and execute scale up processes (pilot and trial batches) and deployment activities.
Establish partnership with internal and external manufacturers to implement new products and improve manufacturing and filling process there.
• Lead investigation & change control process, troubleshooting and support other quality process during R&D initial deployment, roll-outs, post launches and market stability studies issues.
• Flexibility to lead with implementation changes according global and regional alignments or new decisions.
• Generate, organize and compile documentation for registration process being compliant with regulatory agencies and authorities' entity guidelines.
• Support the claims discussions and demos creation aligning with key stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Personal Care industry • Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D areas focused on formulated products.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Intermediate English level (B2) is required.
Preferred Skills and Experience: • Technical skills: MS Office, Teams.
• Ability to connect with people • Work independently and in a team environment.
