About the Role The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership and individual contributors at all levels, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development. As a strategic partner to leadership, you will provide guidance on organizational design, employee engagement, and talent management. Your key responsibilities will include: Acting as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals Providing guidance on organizational design, employee engagement, and talent management Implementing and monitoring procedures for all key HR processes, including performance management, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits management; ensuring effective communication of processes and support leaders in talent development initiatives Leading employee relations efforts, addressing concerns and driving resolution Analyzing workforce trends and metrics to develop strategies for retention and engagement Facilitating the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience Staying informed about industry developments and legal requirements impacting HR practices Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization Maintaining awareness of payroll processing; ensuring appropriate procedures and processes are in place to effectively complete routine pay processing Ensuring that HRIS maintains appropriate data for the completion of all HR and payroll-related functions, including reporting Requirements We are seeking an experienced HR professional with: 8 or more years of experience as an HR Director, manager or combination in a company with hundreds of employees Experience in managing a team of HR professionals Deep understanding of HR best practices and strategic HR planning Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution Ability to influence at all levels of the organization Proven track record of fostering a positive workplace culture Strong project management skills and attention to detail Fluent spoken and written English Benefits We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, along with a range of benefits including pre-paid health insurance coverage with Sura for you and one additional member of your family, flex time, flexibility to work from home or in the office, yearly ophthalmological health bonus, and the opportunity to improve your English skills by working side-by-side with international teams and projects, apart from fully personalized English classes, and more.
