Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) For A Fast-Growing International Marketing Agency Hybrid work model - This position requires travel to Medellin, Colombia.
Position Summary: elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies, committed to helping our clients close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health problems.
We are growing rapidly and seeking an experienced, visionary Chief Marketing Officer who excels in both strategic thinking and hands-on execution within the marketing domain.
The candidate will be essential in driving growth for clients, while also supporting elev8s growth trajectory by enhancing our brand visibility and client acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities # 1) - Product Fulfillment for elev8 clients (70%): Manage a growing team of 15 employees, balancing needs across 30+ clients to ensure every brand meets its goals and that we always deliver on our promises.
Drive alignment across our teams, including PPC, SEO, WEB and Client Services.
Ensure that teams drive performance & meet established targets / KPIs.
Engage in ongoing customer conversations to fine tune our product-market fit, product offerings and improve overall performance + CSAT levels.
Analyze market + industry trends to continuously refine our strategies and ensure that we stay ahead of the curve at all times.
Create processes and procedures that foster cohesive marketing strategies and enable our teams to drive performance consistently in a scalable fashion.
Example Tasks - Product Fulfillment for elev8 clients: Onboarding: Ensure first-class customer onboarding process across all product offerings, enabling your teams to successfully execute projects towards client objectives.
Fulfillment: Oversee everything related to driving campaign performance including strategy, set-up, analysis and reporting.
SOPs: Write detailed processes and documentation that serve as a foundation for driving consistent outcomes for our clients.
Training: Develop a learning framework that supports a positive trajectory and cultivates a growth mindset for team members within marketing & product services.
Client Relations: Lead the effort of proactive and transparent communication with clients regarding performance, analysis and growth opportunities.
Revenue Growth: Support sales and client services teams by jumping on calls as needed to close new opportunities, grow accounts or retain relationships.
Innovation: Test new strategies, approaches and marketing tools to ensure we maintain our position as the best solution in the market for Behavioral Health facilities.
Partnerships: Support partnership growth with our priority publishers including, but not limited to, Google, Microsoft and Recovery.com.
Responsibilities # 2) - Demand Generation for elev8.io (30%): Implement and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with elev8s targets and objective of becoming the #1 behavioral health marketing agency.
Spearhead our own demand gen campaigns to generate MQLs for our sales team through a full suite of techniques including content/inbound marketing (e.g newsletters, webinars, Podcast, SEO, etc.
), field marketing (local events, conferences, etc.
), PPC campaigns via Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn Ads, and outbound marketing (emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
Build elev8s brand through thought leadership, press/media, and other brand awareness campaigns.
Lead and expand the internal marketing department, nurturing a team of marketing professionals that are eager to learn & grow.
Ensure accurate performance attribution across all channels and evaluate best paths forward to obtain best ROI from budget & resource allocation.
Example Tasks - Demand Generation for elev8.io: Build Lead Lists: Identify customers who match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), creating lists with contact info for outbound targeting.
Webinars: Organize webinar series with speakers, ensuring 100+ sign ups at each.
Run/execute a smooth webinar, share recording with mailing lists.
Podcast: Book relevant guests for The Elev8 Podcast and broadcast learning takeaways to our audience via newsletter and social channels.
Paid Search: Audience-based, targeted PPC campaigns via Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Content: Manage our blog, write original thought leadership content, and curate content written by our leadership team.
Newsletter: Design and publish monthly newsletter for customers, prospects and partners using our content from blogs, books and podcasts.
Events: Manage our event calendar and sponsorship.
Setting up and coordinating attendance, and post-event follow-ups.
Sales Collateral: Partner with customer sales, customer success and the product team to create world-class experiences for customers and prospects.
Qualifications: 10+ years' of proven experience in search engine marketing with an expertise in PPC, SEO, WEB and CRO Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency (servicing high-ticket clients is a big plus) Solid understanding of running a tier 1 Marketing Operation; managing needed systems and KPI benchmarks Strong collaborative and cooperative mindset that can work with cross functional teams Expertise across all relevant marketing tech stack, centering it around SFDC Experienced with running operations and processes to the T- via Project Management Software like ClickUp Ability to prioritize and multi-task with experience working in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment Excellent verbal and written communications skills (C1+ English level) Willingness to travel and grow a talented international marketing team across borders The 8 Values of elev8 Include: Appreciate the Journey: Understanding that the daily hustle is the dream.
