Sorso Wellness Water is a water filtration company based in Toronto, dedicated to enhancing health and wellness through innovative water solutions. We are committed to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will manage financial transactions, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and oversee operations and improve current processes. This role involves inputting new deals, handling accounts payable/receivable, processing payroll, collecting overdue payments, and maintaining records in QuickBooks and our CRM system.
Expected Salary for this role $1,200 - $1,500 Monthly
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage new deals and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term business plans and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax, and audit functions.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Process employee salaries and handle payroll administration.
- Collect missing payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure all financial records are accurately maintained and updated in QuickBooks and our CRM system.
- Review and improve existing financial and operational processes.
- Prepare financial reports and statements as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
- Attend regular meetings with management to provide updates and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Operations management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, CRM systems, Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the water filtration industry is a plus but not required.
