As the leader responsible for the company's strategic planning, you will have complete responsibility for execution by identifying, analyzing, discussing, and negotiating strategies and initiatives, procedures, policies, priorities, deadlines, and alternatives for accounting, tax, controlling, and credit management aspects in collaboration with all areas of the company.

Ensure the fulfillment of financial objectives and compliance with tax and legal issues based on local and international standards in accordance with corporate policies, guidelines, and compliance programs.

You will lead direct or indirect assigned personnel to execute their functions with the required knowledge and capacities in a professional environment, performance-oriented, fostering accountability, diversity, and commitment to B. Braun.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport business development with adequate credit collection management to customers, ensuring a positive cash flow.Treasury management and bank/financial institutions relation management.Lead, coordinate, and supervise all accounting, statutory, and tax activities in compliance with local/global regulations and corporate guidelines.Assure liabilities to customs and tax authorities in collaboration with the Import & Export Department.Develop and oversee financial strategies and operations by analyzing financial information, making recommendations to improve performance, control and optimize costs, supporting decision-making, and developing efficient financial policies, procedures, systems, and internal controls.Facilitate specific activities and improved processes to meet the company's business objectives of growth, profitability, and working capital management (cash flow, DSO, investment, liquidity, etc.) in accordance with regulations, principles, and standards of the organization and authorities.Responsible for the company's financial reporting, planning, developing, implementing, and administering financial control and analysis which may affect the success of the company.Work in partnership with local support functions as well as regional Finance, auditors, tax advisors, government authorities, etc.Lead the IT area, assuring the strategy, planning, change management, governance, business partner relationships, supplier management, and operations for Colombia and Ecuador.Lead the Integrated Management System area for both countries, assuring processes, mitigating risk, and implementing control for all legal entities.Minimum RequirementsDegree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related subject. A Master's degree is seen as a plus.Fluent in English and Spanish.At least 5 years of experience at different management levels in the Financial and/or accounting fields, preferably in a multinational context in the Medical Devices, Pharma, or Healthcare market.At least 5 years of experience managing high-performance teams.Results-oriented, delivering performance and results.Cooperates constructively.
