The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support roles. Key responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing correspondence and reports, and acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas, as well as compiling documents for travel-related meetings. Screening incoming calls, emails, and meeting requests, prioritizing tasks accordingly. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO. Acting as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Assisting in project management, data analysis, and expense reporting. Serving as a liaison between the CEO and the executive team, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have: A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support roles, preferably supporting C-level executives. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in spreadsheets and numbers, with QuickBooks experience an asset. Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information. A driven attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
