Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and energetic program analyst to assist in managing and maintaining critical workflows and operational activities within our Video Security and Access such as point of sale, inventory management and data analytics linked to partner performance.
A candidate will be an active participant in many activities including design and implementation of processes, execute changes and lead in the measurement and governance of partner requirements.
This role performs key analysis on accurate data from our channel partners within LATAM to create reports and insights to support performance monitoring, provide rewards and strategic decisions.
Candidates based in Bogota with availability to work hybrid from our office are preferred. However, we are open to consider remote working for candidates based in other cities of Colombia.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with partners on current status and compliance of reporting requirements
- Subject matter expert on the point sale and inventory data collections tools and processes
- Create and manage the dissemination of data and reports for use by other MSI teams and the
- partner community
- Manage changes and updates to processes and support materials for use by internal and external audiences
- Interface with the MSI channel management and channel sales organizations on metrics or issues needing resolution

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- English proficiency is required. Portuguese professional proficiency is desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business analytics.
- Proficiency in G Suite productivity tools, such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms and Hangouts Meet is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable
- Results-driven professional, skilled in analytical problem-solving and strategic decision-making
