About the Role This role will be responsible for creating and improving a new communication format of Corporate Digital Broadcasting for Change & Learning Department. This is a key initiative in the Change Management journey of Digital Operations Team as this is expected to bridge the gap in adoption of Digital tools from one department to another by bringing forward testimonials, tips, best practices etc. in the form of engaging broadcast videos.
Key Responsibilities To assist in the design and creation of corporate broadcasting content in accordance with the regional and global strategy of the Company.To help in designing a content strategy and to collaborate with teams for creating corporate broadcasting content in the format of images, graphics, or videos.To research and analyze broadcasting content from various internal sources.To prepare scripts for videos and conduct interviews with key figures.To ensure technical quality of broadcast outputs, including sound and visual elements.To help in measuring the effectiveness of Corporate Broadcasting.To monitor and analyze data for measuring the effectiveness of broadcasting content.To research and evaluate the broadcasting trends and revise the content or communication strategy to reach target audiences effectively (if required).Key Qualifications Experience: 2-5 years of experience in communications or a related field.A bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting.Additional certifications or training in broadcasting technology or media.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in digital broadcasting tools and software.Strong writing and editing skills.Knowledge of media production and communications.What's in it for you?
