PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The primary purpose of this role is to enable, lead, and coordinate the various functions within our Recruitment Group to ensure the achievement of both our mission-driven objectives and financial targets. You will play a key role in driving the growth and success of CloserRecruitment Americas.
MAIN MISSION:
Enable, Lead, and Coordinate: You will enable, lead, or coordinate the various functions of our recruitment group business to provide effective and close recruitment solutions for clients and candidates. In doing so, you’ll collaborate with leaders in Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Technology, Human Resources, and other key areas, fostering a management style that empowers and enables your team.
Develop and Apply Expertise: you’ll develop, also thanks to our training, a deep expertise in recruitment in healthcare and related areas such as contracts (between candidates and healthcare organizations), immigration law, financial and accounting considerations for candidates, mediation and conflict prevention, etc. This holistic approach will enable our company to deliver a recruitment service that integrates a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ businesses, candidates, and the patients they serve
Drive Innovation and Transformation: we aspire at becoming change leaders in our healthcare sectors, meaning that we might transform / improve how recruitment is done, but also ideally eventually have an impact on how the healthcare work is delivered. We could become an active force in how for example doctors and clinics can deliver their work in order to improve the outcomes the clinics, professionals and patients. So you’d be leading our business into that direction.
THE TEAM
As a start-up, you will initially work with a small, tight-knit team, including:
The Founder and Advisors: Providing strategic guidance and support.
CloserRecruitment Americas Management Team: Collaborating closely with the CFO, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Business Intelligence and Data Officer, and Chief Technology Officer.
Local Recruitment Directors: Partnering with directors of our first business units in North America to drive recruitment initiatives.
In the future, your role will expand to include working in an integrated manner with teams delivering complementary services such as finance, marketing, mediation, and more, delivering integrated solutions to our clients and candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
Good level in English.
Experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Location: you can be based in any country in South, Central or North America
