DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage internal communication with the operations control room and external communication with agencies regarding CCTV mattersOversee the operations control room, ensuring all technical equipment is maintained, including procurement of supplies, services, and repairsPerform daily checks on camera functionality (cleaning, testing, ensuring proper recording)Ensure cameras are connected and properly identified on the monitoring system (e.g., AXIS Camera Station, Milestone, Hikvision)Address issues with CCTV systems and implement necessary modificationsInstall, configure, and manage CCTV applications (Milestone, AXIS Camera Station, etc.
)Conduct routine maintenance as per the master plan and train CCTV operators on system functions, providing manuals and procedures as neededCoordinate with the Network and Storage teams to ensure secure connections and data integrityEnsure 24/7 emergency support for CCTV failures, process work requests, and maintain CCTV client software on desktopsREQUIREMENTS : Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communicationDegree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Systems EngineeringProficient in relevant software for CCTV management and monitoringPrevious experience in similar roles, including full installation and configuration of CCTV systemsExpertise in troubleshooting CCTV systemsExperience with Windows Server and Linux environmentsFamiliarity with Milestone or other CCTV management applications is a plusExperience with storage systems such as SAN, NAS, and DAS is desirableWorking knowledge of LAN administration tasks, including user management and backupsExperience with server and storage hardware, especially HP, Dell, EMC, and Blade systems, is advantageousSolid understanding of TCP/IP networkingBENEFITS : Competitive salaryPrivate health insurance from day oneInternational work environmentOpportunities for career developmentAnd many more!
