About the Role: As a Remote Casting/Production Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage logistics for talent during remote and on-location shoots. Working remotely, you'll coordinate travel, create digital call sheets, and ensure talent receives all necessary shoot details. You'll act as the main contact for talent during production, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently. Maintaining detailed digital records and coordinating with various teams will be key, as well as ensuring the timely delivery of media and tracking payments. What You'll Do: - Manage talent logistics remotely, including coordinating shooting arrangements, creating call sheets, and organizing itineraries for production days. - Ensure talent receives all necessary information before the shoot, including wardrobe specifications, call times, and production notes via digital communication. - Serve as the main virtual point of contact for talent during production days, addressing any last-minute issues through video calls, emails, or messaging platforms. - Track and update talent on payment status, following up on digital invoices to ensure timely processing. - Maintain a comprehensive digital log of all contracts, paperwork, and footage delivered by talent. - Coordinate with wardrobe, makeup, and production teams virtually to ensure talent needs are met. - Collect and manage feedback from both production teams and talent after each project through online surveys or calls. - Follow up with remote talent to ensure timely delivery of required media, like footage or photos. Background & Skills: - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a production coordination, casting, or similar role. - Strong Communication: Articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with talent and team members, even when working remotely. - Creative Thinking: Bring innovative solutions to the table for managing last-minute changes. - Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines with top-notch organizational skills.
