The Compliance Treasury Analyst is primarily responsible for one of two scopes of work: Bank Accounting Compliance , responsible for financial statement completeness and accuracy relating to bank accounts. Bank Account Management (BAM) Compliance , supporting all aspects of BAM activities with Global SLB coverage, with exposure to other SLB functions and Financial Hubs and extensive communication with our banking partners. The Compliance Treasury Analyst may be required to work closely with Accenture/BPO and stakeholders within the assigned GeoUnit, Procurement Service Center, Billing Center of Excellence, and Schlumberger Limited (SL) Treasury. Bank Accounting Compliance primary activities: Bank Account and Cash Advance Reconciliations and Cash Variance Analysis. Ensuring Open Items are Matched and Cleared. Balance Sheet Notes (BSN) & BS Exposure (BSX) for responsible GL Accounts and QCC Reporting. HUB Team will support Accenture in completion of above-mentioned responsibilities. Perform other Treasury functions & participate in Treasury projects, as needed, including continuous process improvement. Understand and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Bank Account Management Compliance primary activities: Administration of SLB Relationship Bank Accounts, including KYC handling and maintenance of repository. Maintains BAM Portal (for all SLB Relationship Bank Accounts), Electronic Banking System, and Payment Hub. Prepares and maintains bank documentation, including connectivity and update of authorized signatories. Day-to-day monitoring of Bank Account Administration activity, liaising with banks and business units to ensure timely resolution to all requests and BAM data cleanliness. Internal advisor to the business units on all Bank Administration activity. Bank account confirmation letter handling and other audit request activities. Cash management bank fee reconciliation activities. Perform other Treasury functions & participate in Treasury projects, as needed, including continuous process improvement.
