Position: Case Manager Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM English Level: B2+/C1 Job Description: Administer and execute Social Security Disability processes, train and support clients to ensure smooth onboarding and top-quality customer service. Responsibilities: Efficient Case Management: Navigate and manage case loads through the Social Security Disability process. Expert Support: Respond to client/SSA calls and questions about the cases. Organize Records: Maintain and organize client files in Prevail. Complete Appeals: File appeals timely, ensuring no deadlines are missed. Collect and Update Information: Communicate any new claim information to SSA. Clear Communication: Inform clients about any correspondence related to their cases. Task Completion: Follow instructions from Lead Case Manager and other supervisors. Submit Medical Records: Send medical records when applicable. Case Review: Review cases for potential issues and escalate to Review Board. Client Contact: Make all efforts to contact clients using all available methods. Handle Prospects: Respond and complete prospects within Captorra and answer prospect lines. Use Podium: Communicate with clients via text/photo using Podium. Miscellaneous Requests: Handle any other requests from management. What You Need: Communication Skills: High communication skills. Social Security Knowledge: Knowledge in Social Security is preferred. Organization and Tech Skills: Organized and tech-savvy. Case Management: Ability to handle a high load of cases.
