Job Description As a Client Services Manager, you will welcome calls from clients and provide ongoing support by frequently following up on their medical treatment. You will request medical records and bills from the healthcare providers who have treated the client and ensure that PIP logs (Personal Injury Protection) are obtained as needed. Your role will be crucial in maintaining clear communication and ensuring that all necessary documentation is gathered efficiently to support the client's needs. Employment type: Indefinite term type contract Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST. Work Setup: Onsite, Colombia Your Mission: Mastering the Legal Landscape in Insurance Welcome calls from clients. Follow up on medical treatment frequently. Request medical records and bills from the healthcare providers who have treated the client. Request PIP logs (Personal Injury Protection). Record information in our CMS. Review medical records and the case as a whole to determine if it is ready for demand. Prepare the file for the demand stage. Take initiative to oversee cases and assist with next steps; remain proactive. Follow processes with attention to detail. Requirements Your Expertise Meets Our Need: Essential Skills for Success 2-3 years of experience in case management. Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency with calendar programs, Microsoft Office, and CRM software. General knowledge of the legal industry preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish required. Initiative to oversee cases and assist with next steps; proactive approach. Education: Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in injury or related legal fields (a significant plus), including civil law: personal injury, property damage, immigration, nursing home negligence, health insurance. Additional Information: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. Highly organized, diligent, and able to work independently. Confident, articulate, and diplomatic, with the ability to speak honestly with clients using emotional intelligence. Self-motivated and self-directed to achieve personal and office goals.
