Case Management Specialist For Hollywood (Florida) Office

Join our dynamic team as a Case Management Specialist based in our Hollywood Office . Working on a schedule from Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm . At RRA, we believe in more than just seizing vehicles; we seize opportunities. As part of the team, here's what's expected from you: Key Responsibilities: Incoming and Outbound Investigation calls. Client calls and client updates. Agent updates / Data entry. Requirements: Based in Colombia. Able to work from 9 am to 6 pm Eastern time. Outstanding English communication skills. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing case information. Must be highly proficient and quick with computer systems, capable of efficiently handling multiple platforms and tasks at once. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
