We are seeking an experienced Carrier Account Coordinator to join our cross-border logistics team.
This role focuses on managing Mexico-US freight operations and serves as support to our Carrier Development Representative (CDR) team.
The ideal candidate will have strong freight forwarding experience and knowledge of cross-border documentation requirements.
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate cross-border Mexico freight operations Provide backup support to existing Carrier Development Representatives Monitor and maintain accurate load-tracking information Handle escalated carrier issues and implement resolution strategies Respond promptly to tracking requests from Strategic Account Managers (SAM) and Strategic Enterprise Managers (SEM) Review and process customs documentation for cross-border shipments Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and requirements Working conditions: - Work schedule: 11 pm CST - 8 pm CST Tuesday - Friday and Saturday 8 am - 2 pm CST.
