What you will do As the Career Stream Lead for TripleTen LATAM and Brazil , you will be responsible for designing and managing a high-impact career support process for our graduates in both Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets. You will work closely with students post-graduation, ensuring their success in finding employment or internships, and continuously optimizing career services to match regional labor market demands. Key Responsibilities: Build Effective Career Support Processes: Design and implement a clear and structured Career Journey Map (CJM) to guide students from program completion to employment. Develop and Lead the Career Stream Team: Manage and develop a team of career consultants and reviewers, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-tier support to our students. Data-Driven Strategy: Use analytics to monitor and optimize the performance of the career support stream, identify trends, and drive improvements. Market Research & Partnerships: Participate in labor market research to understand evolving job requirements, and actively seek partnerships with companies for internship and employment opportunities for our graduates. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with other departments (product, student experience, etc.) to integrate career support seamlessly into the overall student experience. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and enhance the career programs to ensure alignment with market trends and student needs, ensuring a high placement rate across the LATAM region. Requirements Experience in career coaching or career services, preferably within the EdTech or education sectors. Strong understanding of labor markets in both Spanish-speaking LATAM and Brazil. Proven track record of building or managing career programs or services. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improvements. Excellent communication skills in Spanish/Portuguese and English. A passion for student success and creating opportunities for graduates in competitive job markets.
