About the Role We're looking for a Candidate Interview Intern to focus on speaking with candidates, asking thoughtful questions, and gathering the information we need to make the hiring process run smoothly.
Your goal will be to connect with candidates, understand their skills and goals, and ensure they feel supported throughout their journey with us.
This is a part-time internship (20–30 hours per week) , and we're looking for someone based in Latin America who can work during the afternoons to align with Pacific Time.

What You'll Do Conduct interviews with candidates to gather information about their skills, experience, and career goals.
Use provided templates or forms to take accurate notes during interviews.
Ask follow-up questions to dig deeper or clarify responses when needed.
Ensure candidates feel comfortable and valued during the interview process.
Analyze responses and share key insights with the team to help with hiring decisions.
Provide feedback on how we can improve interview questions or processes.
