Business Unit Head Dermatological Skincare
Position summary:
Lead Dermatological Skincare Franchise (Cetaphil) in Sales and Marketing, holding P Accountability. On Sales side will also lead service to Therapeutic Dermatology Franchise (Medicines BU) on the channel Sales. Reponsible to lead direct and multifunctional team towards business objectives. Responsible to guide and develop team on different areas of knowledge (Marketing, Sales, Medical Promotion, Leadership).
Responsibilities:
Lead Sales & Marketing Management strategy and programs to provide strategic direction to sales and marketing activities like business development, product/band P, brand licensing, in line with business and financial objectives,
Group guidelines and policies
Design and develop policies and processes for planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products and its brands
Plan and develop sales & business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships
Lead, manage and implement brand licensing activities to expand brand presence within brand-approved quality standard
Deliver critical processes to ensure product/brand sales volumes as well as the profit targets are met
Lead and formulate plans and processes to evaluate, measure, and manage the product/brand P (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc.)
Act as a liaison and build potential relationships with all stakeholders within and outside Galderma
Requirements:
University or Master's degree
Solid Marketing Experience in Consumer Goods or Beauty Segments.
Solid Leadership Experience on managing managers.
Experience in Sales / Supporting Sales Strategy in Retail Channel, considering joint Business Planning.
Track Record in Growth Acceleration.
High Capability to Develop Teams´ skills.
High Analytical Skills.
High Communication Skills.
Action Driven / Hands On.
Insights Knowledge to lead design and understanding of Researches (Consumer understanding, Tracking, HCP researches, Concept test, Communication qualification, etc).
Digital / E-Commerce knowledge (media and retail).
