OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Technology Leader to drive enterprise process and solutions architecture and lead cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions while ensuring and creating the highest level of quality and compliance standards.
What We Are Looking For: As a BTL, you will manage stakeholder relationships, use our solutions and taxonomy architecture frameworks and lead process consultancy efforts to align business and technology goals.
Additionally, you will lead initiatives in organization design and implementation, as well as change management processes.
ResponsibilitiesDay-to-Day Manage business solutions architecture and taxonomy strategies.Lead process consultancy to assess and implement technological solutions.Oversee business process improvements and ensure alignment with business needs.Manage data modeling, visualization, and feasibility assessments.Ensure quality management processes are followed.Facilitate stakeholder collaboration across departments.Lead organizational design, change management, and process improvement initiatives.Ensure strict compliance with information security, data protection, and assurance policies.Incorporate Design in Figma knowledge to facilitate collaboration between design and technology teams.Utilize programming understanding to bridge business needs and technical execution.QualificationsWhat You Need to Succeed:
