About the Role The role of the Business Operations Specialist is to optimize business operations, support the Operations Manager and team in a variety of functional areas. Your role as Business Operations will be to work with the Operations Manager and the Leadership team to drive strategic and scalable growth. Responsibilities Support to Operations Manager in the different projects, processes, procedures across the company. Assist with travel arrangements and monthly expense reporting. Coordinate meeting preparation and compile and distribute thorough meeting notes with clear action items and owners. Prepare and distribute reports and provide administrative support for all business review meetings. Manage Member Experience and Community initiatives for the OM and Community team. Train to use Medallia to explore improvement areas, capture high-level action planning items, tracking territory impact on Member Experience initiatives. Host office hours for GM and leadership team around member experience initiatives. Share best practices and key wins across Member Experience, change management, and initiatives to support central Member Experience team. Local office and mailing responsibilities for territory HQ offices and notices. Communicate with internal and external contacts to ensure that all projects are being executed in a timely manner. Schedule and drive the listening circles with community team on market level, prepare Q&A sessions. Lead connection moments, communication channels and All Hands preparing agenda, deck, and recognition. Plan and accompany senior leadership or cross-functional visits to the market. Control and assign the community leadership T&E budget. Collaborate with Operations Manager and cross-functional teams on ad hoc projects. Oversee company-level reporting, qualitative and quantitative mechanisms to facilitate actionable processes and solutions, and develop territory level KPIs. Lead execution of high-priority strategic initiatives and projects for the business. Engage with teams to provide specific operational projects for OM portfolio and program-level leadership support when needed. Manage cross-functional projects or initiatives; bring together important stakeholders and help drive decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English is required. Work tactically, quickly and efficiently to support senior leadership. A proven problem solver and able to make creative, forward-looking decisions. Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (as well as Google Sheets and Google Slides). Excellent project management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex projects with many cross-functional stakeholders.
