LeadsMarket is a forward thinking tech company and industry leader in lead generation for financial services.
We operate a next generation platform where buyers and sellers buy and sell leads, calls and clicks. We're currently looking for a Business Operations Manager to help drive our company forward.
About the Role: As the Business Operations Manager, you will report to the COO and be responsible for developing a high-performing Business Operations function that supports the company's overall goals.
You will enhance communication across teams, manage key operational processes, and ensure we have the tools and systems necessary to deliver excellent service to both employees and customers.
Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and manage the company's planning and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) processes in collaboration with other departments such as Product, Marketing, and Finance.
Communication: Improve internal communication processes, ensuring alignment and transparency across all levels of the organization.
Metrics Management: Work with Analytics and Finance to develop and track key metrics, ensuring the company's goals are met.
Tool Optimization: Evaluate and implement tools and systems to improve operational efficiency and support growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to streamline processes and ensure the company runs effectively and efficiently.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Account Management, Business Units, Product, and Marketing.
Change Management: Be comfortable working in a dynamic, remote environment with frequent changes.
Remote Work Coordination: Participate in quarterly in-person meetings at different locations while working from home day-to-day, using company-provided tools for communication.
Requirements: 6+ years of experience in operations and strategy at a tech firm, management consulting firm, or investment bank.
Proven leadership in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, especially in SaaS or digital marketplaces.
Experience working with high-performance leadership teams, possessing a collaborative mindset and strong execution skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage strategic projects from conception to completion.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting. Expertise with SQL, Excel, Google Docs, Hubspot CRM, and other technology solutions for driving operational execution Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
