The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business operations within senior housing, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability. This role will work closely with ownership and key executives to drive operational success. Key Responsibilities : Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for senior housing properties. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Collaborate with various departments to implement process improvements and best practices. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior housing operations. Assist in budget planning and financial performance tracking. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize occupancy rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis for real estate operations, preferably in multifamily, healthcare, or hospitality industries. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with senior housing operations, regulations, and market dynamics. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP systems and CRM software. Nice-to-Haves : Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems and regulations. Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies. Experience with project management and change implementation. Candidates with strong CRE operations experience.
