Job Description The Role Visa is searching for a Business Manager to support the Visa Direct Product Chief of Staff. This individual also plays a crucial role in supporting the global Visa Direct Product team in the NA and LAC region. The nature of the work and assignments will be diverse and open-ended. Thus, the role requires an individual who can operate with little or no guidance, solve problems creatively, and thrive in ambiguous environments. They are responsible for a range of projects which may include organisational design, team transformation, budget and resource allocation, and planning and talent management. To be successful, this role requires deep collaboration across the entire organization. The Business Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, including technology, sales and account management, solutioning, operations, compliance, and other teams across Visa, as well as external vendors, industry groups, and regulatory bodies. Responsibilities So, what do we expect of you, day to day? Financial Management - Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting for Visa Direct Product in NA and LAC. Risk Management – Work closely with the Visa Direct Risk Champions, Risk and Compliance. Support the Chief of Staff with all aspects of internal communication, culture, and employee engagement. Qualifications Basic Qualifications • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications S/he must possess high professional maturity, exceptional inter-personal and relationship development skills, with the ability to influence executive decision making. S/he should be a natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills. The individual must be disciplined in prioritization, able to execute and commercially driven. S/he will be comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and capability to interact and influence across multiple levels of the organization.
